Checking all the food orders being prepared with the standard recipes and garnished well as per the standards. Making duty roster for the staff and doing Manpower planning as and when required. Preparing food requisitions, inventory reports, spoilage reports and discrepancy report. Taking care of the Hygiene standards in the Kitchen and updating the staff for the same. Avoiding wastage in kitchen, optimum mise-en-place and food cost control.
